How we approach a repair
Most appliance repairs are straightforward when you know what to look for. Our technicians arrive in uniform, listen to what the appliance is doing, and walk through a structured diagnostic before opening anything up. Once we identify the root cause, we share a flat repair quote — including parts and labor — before any work begins.
If a repair does not make sense, we will tell you so. There is no point swapping a $400 part into an appliance that is past its useful life. And if it does make sense, we prefer to fix it on the spot whenever possible so your day gets back on track.
