Using this website
The information on this website is provided for general guidance. Diagnostic articles and checklists are not a substitute for a technician's hands-on inspection. Use reasonable judgment and always follow your appliance manufacturer's safety instructions.
Scheduling and repair work
When you book a visit, we will confirm a time window and send a qualified technician to inspect the appliance. A flat diagnostic fee applies; if you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the repair. The technician will share a clear, flat repair quote before any work begins — no work is done without your approval.
Workmanship guarantee
Our repairs are backed by a workmanship guarantee. If the same issue returns within the applicable guarantee window and was caused by the repair we performed, we will come back out to address it. Part warranties vary by manufacturer.
Limitations
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for issues unrelated to the appliance we serviced. If an appliance is beyond reasonable repair, we will tell you honestly so you can decide how to proceed.
Pricing
Final repair pricing depends on the specific parts and time required. Any additional issues discovered during the repair will be discussed and quoted before they are addressed.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
